The Brooklyn Craft Scene

Brooklyn craft

I love craft fairs and flea markets, and a few weekends ago I hit the motherlode in Brooklyn! Within less than a 1 block radius there were three events going on: The Brooklyn Flea, which boasts unique hand made crafts, art and vintage finds as well as great food every weekend; the Renegade Craft Fair, a multi-state expo for indie-crafters; and Artists and Fleas, a massively creative weekly market for designer and vintage items. Each venue was jam packed with talent. Here are a few artists and their wares.

Wistful, delicate jewelry from Aquarian Thoughts

At Artists and fleas, there was a plethora of artists and vintage items that is definitely deserving of its own post. Believe me, I will be going back (with a wad of cash in hand)… Think of this as an exploratory mission.
